When I first saw 15 Creek Side Court, I fell in love with the charm, quiet, and atmosphere of a waterfront community modeled after the outer banks. The lattice and poles and style of all of the houses make you feel like you're on the beaches of North Carolina. I love the two decks and patio for relaxing and watching the sun set over the water. We are on the last court in the complex with a water view and nature trail to the rear in a very private and secluded spot.

Also, the house comes with a deeded 30 foot boat slip for your boat!

At the same time the subdivision is moments away from shopping, restaurants, and the MARC train station for easy commuting into Baltimore or DC. I also love the uniformity of the neighborhood in terms of the Outer Banks look and the architectural standards that keep all properties looking nice. An extra bonus is that the HOA fee covers landscaping and lawn service. No grass cutting!

Our home has a new roof and the former car port has been converted to a convenient garage. The rear deck boards were replaced a few years ago. Utility costs are very reasonable and BGE offers budget plans and alternate service providers for gas and electric. Air Condition and lights are electric; heating, hot water heater, and cooking are efficient with gas. The city of Baltimore provides water and sewer. The BGE bill averages around $200 per month and water/sewer is billed quarterly and is less than $100 per bill. There are numerous options for cable and internet in the area.


Our waterfront community is located in the Eastern Baltimore County region of Middle River. The community consists of 90 homes situated on a peninsula bordered by Frog Mortar Creek and Gar Gut. At the southern tip of the development is a 45 slip marina divided by 2 separate piers. Each cul-de-sac also boasts its own fishing pier connected by a nature trail. There is an active resident board and committees for social events and neighborhood activities I love the small town feel and waterfront community feel of Middle River, and the close proximity to Baltimore and historic areas.

One of my favorite restaurants close by is By the Docks which boasts the best crab cakes in the area and Bengies Drive In is just down the street, one of the few remaining drive in movie theatres in the country! Food Lion, Weis, Shoppers Food Warehouse, and Geresbeck's, a community grocery, are all close by. I moved to Baltimore County from the DC area because I love the Baltimore area and was looking for affordable waterfront property.

In Middle River, the public schools are good, there is a Catholic school nearby, a county library, close proximity to White Marsh via Route 43, and numerous waterfront restaurants and bars are a short car, boat, or motorcycle ride away.
